A luxury block of 9-apartments on a major road in Sidcup.
Designed to sit confidently yet respectfully within its urban setting, the scheme uses a mannered, contemporary architectural language that draws on the local context. The building form and massing respond to the surrounding streetscape, while high-quality materials and thoughtful landscaping help embed the development into its neighbourhood. From the outset, our approach was shaped by clear policy alignment. The design supports the objectives of both the London Plan and Bexley Local Plan, addressing key policy areas around housing delivery, sustainability, accessibility, and design quality. Internally, all units benefit from well-proportioned layouts and generous natural light levels thanks to double and triple aspect design. Externally, the façade composition and detailing give the building depth and rhythm, helping it feel at home in its setting. It’s a carefully balanced proposal that unlocks the potential of a constrained site while contributing positively to the character of Sidcup.
