Planning has been granted for our latest bespoke new-build on Fox Lane, Keston. This project replaces a tired bungalow with a striking four-bedroom home that sits comfortably within its Green Belt surroundings. Inspired by the area’s 1960s modernist homes, the design pairs crisp contemporary lines with off-white render and locally sourced flint—creating something both fresh and familiar. A wildflower roof supports biodiversity and helps the house settle naturally into the landscape, while hidden gutters maintain a sleek, refined silhouette. Following two rounds of pre-application consultation, we’re now entering the technical design phase—where the concept begins to take shape and the finer architectural details are carefully resolved.
